In Communist China the Red and Green crew get lost of nepotism from the MSS. They basically allow massive amounts of foireng eletrical recon crews to operate illegally in which then funds the MSS and their building of military off public assets sheets.
However, in the US the MSS has so much lobbying poewr via the 76 trillion they keep from us in fair trade each year. That our nomad's are taken down or kept at very small intervals. This is a major problem. My grandfather taught me about the jack rabbit.

As such, the main problem is the complete utter lack of resolve to force the MSS into the light to see them as they are. The MSS is constantly using liberal writers via cloaked points of contact which the writers do not know about to create algo's to stop the basic movements of the CIA. However, the there is nobody in the states that places pressure on the MSS. Which means that the real citizens of China can't get any reports on the illegal activities of what their very own so called government is doing.
For example, there is an article. It is written China funding genocide. However, it is not China. It is Communist China that uses their very own MSS that is funding it for their world domanition via economic warfare algo's.
The best way to hide is in plain view. As such, the Communist Chinese will never look for my algo's in the Red and Green. Therefore, they are the best place to hide especially the ones that are MSS but really do not think that the Communist party is write and actually work for the Democracy parties and Falun Gong's.

They are all for it. However, in the USA, our power tribes are split and proper debated, checked and balanced. Mainly because he wants to save his country for the destruction that will follow once they gain their SOE holds inside of the US and US guerrillas and Democracy fighters gain entrance to their country to do it anyways.
