Mono Culture v Multiplict culture.

In a Mono Culture is a single power tribe that makes everybody subordinate to their power. This then forms the reliance that they have no check so their abuse is without name or cite of autrocity because nobody can speak out as they have to much power.

Multiplict culture is a gathering of tribe so cultures and beliefs to debate via logic, evidence analysis etc. Therefore, no one culture can have any subordination over another unless they grant it for a short period of time, via a fair battle. Which then allows for the one that takes power to always remember the other's are just as powerful.
