The Communist Chinese increase birth rate because they have to many jobs.

However, what other country can say they have so many jobs that they have labor shortages. In the US we have over 9% unemployment which means at best we have almost 150 million people who need jobs. Along with a massive amount of folks in other free markets and Democracies that need jobs. However, as the Communist keep manipulating their currency to stay low instead of properly show how they have an surplus of jobs. We see the very suffrage created by the economic warfare of the Communist Chinese. What other country in the world or history of the world could say they have a job surplus so much so that they have a labor pool shortage? None not even the Soviets as we kept proper pressure on them. However, in our leadership today they think we are not at cold war with each other. Even though our allies South Korea and Communist China's puppets North Korea have tons of literal armorment still pointed at each other. Based on the theory of Democracy and Free Markets versus totalitarianism control of power and economy.
