The idea that the Communist Party blocks any documents with regards to two entities that they wish to genocide, Taiwan and the Falun Gong. Would the stopping of such expression of speech against that, be considered hate speech.
First we have to define what is speech. I have done this before. Speech is a wide array of activities from body language to art. Is the blocking of such speech with extreme prejudice in the racial and genocidal men's rea Hate speech. If so is it so hateful that is can cause a serious detriment to society.
Hate speech is allowed to some existence. You have music groups, producers and artist who all hate something and express their views about it. However, once these speeches become a form of genocidal lunaticness like complete black balling of their existence. Then it becomes a massive detriment to society and to the entity that the hate speech is directed.
Thus, we then have to look at the groups being blacked balled from existence. First the Taiwanese government's idea of soverigntly Are completely blocked out over the web in which countries that the Communist provide main web services too. This means that a good majority of countries do not even know that the Taiwanese government wishes to be sovereign. As such, their representatives can't proper vote in the UN or other agencies as their people do not say much about it. The black balling of this information has gone as far as the CCP agents in countries actually collecting Taiwanese officials and helping them dissapear.
Well Falun Gong practioners are not only stocked in foreign countries as some kind of Jewish style resistance to the German Socialist Party. In which these practioners are then defamed and constantly tried to be black balled by Communist SOE and Polititribo officials in foreign countries. This economic hardship and warfare was also seen during the German Socialist Parties rule. In which German officials would use their massive SOE's and military might to force foreign countries to believe in their genocidal extremist views against the Jewish religious tone.
Therefore, if we take history and apply it to the present in analogous fashion. We can see that the Communists black balling of their existence on the web can be considered a major determent to society. As the CCP wishes to force them to die off, or even to become so muted as to not exist.

No where do I say that I know exactly how to arm people inside of Bejing with RPG's and Ak47's and plan to do it, in a genocidal fashion then to follow every single Communist offical inside of Bejing with birds and bugs, and then listen to everything they say.
