Is that they have access to top secret documents and I do not. However, I can easily gleam what the document are where they are coming from and what they are about. It is very easy. Any good investigative reporter can tell you how to see what top secret documents are being created. As there may not be full documented leak there is always cognitional leaks. Which means each individual acts in a certain manner, they whole persona starts to morph into the document or collection they are obtaining or working on. It is one of the hardest natural things to over come. The cloaking of ideas, perceptions and cognition's.
I mean, back up I am sure the old foggies love me enough to raid a prison on a foreign land. As my folks are not no weak oh my god they caught him. They know I would never do anything to harm any physical substance unless provided proper black letter. I have probable close to as a good a library as they do on this matter, if they even have a special library team anymore. As I have seen the FBI's and oh boy do they now know how to manage a library.
So then we get down the basics. Funding, is the only thing I do not have that they have. They have access to cognition and to write with a place to go for the weekends, and their own domains for their person's. I have that too. However, it is not mine nor is it cushy. As such, the only difference is currently I have no funding. The difference once I get funding will be that I am not afraid to just say the truth and how it is. Where as the JBS was able to take a lot of business off the hands of the steak and cushy with regards to the Soviets. I will pretty much be doing the same thing. As I will network and apply my self to every clerk in the leadership to show them as a place to gain their Economic Warfare analysis on the Communist Chinese. Which makes their jobs easier as then they can get really good researched documents, to help them with the leaders questions or to answer the people they represent questions. I personally like the three page short and to the point style. makes it a lot easier for everybody.
