The civility of person is based on the basics of how they react to certain instances. This then means that a person is able to not provoke actions of hostility. However, on the idea of civil rights issues, one would should not be seen on the provocation. However, on what why one is provoking. For example, my personal defamation on Vice President Biden. The term I used means, means shows no courage. That is the basics for the term. Along with that the term I use in which I place in front of the word commy is a word that Ali Wei used to the Communists as he expressed his provocation for the oppression of people's writes to write peacefully like the book writers and the Falun Gong. At that point one steps into a different sort of scrutiny. In which one is then not provoking to hurt yet to show shame and implement a thought process of reality, to what one has done.

I wish I could say that I am the utmost civil person. Then I would have to tell you I would not be a civil rights fighter. As the term fight preempts the idea of somewhat of an uncivil nature. If civility means polite.

Again, if you find something you do not like a simple post and I will remove. If not I will remove it before I am placed in front of persecution. Unless of course they wish to fight me, then I as a civil rigths fighter I will invoke the ancient form of protection of incivility via anonymous names as per our forefathers would found it necessary to dissent to the elite in such a manner.
I do feel bad, for such things. However, the Communist Party deserves to be seeded crudely in shame, and Biden did attack a very peacefully creature to take its protection. Then again, if one would allow dissent then one could say that incivility is necessary.
