How to get India to be more seductive to US business.

In which we could balance out our cheek turning to Communist activities if our US free enterprises and capital leaders saw India as a better market. Even though they too declared cold war on the US with the Bric. However, they are usually played for the patsy by the Communists and the US has to save them from Communist control and expansion. So how to?
