Is Communist China's Independent Runners Real or a Controlled Burn.

The very revolution inside of Communist China is for dissidents and those that oppose sinlge party law should be allowed to run. As stated the revolution is still going strong in Communist China.

This revolution however, has turned into a street political battle. In which small time politics will fight to be placed on ballots. In which they should then fight to allow anyone and laws to be created to allow small time independents to run. Which means that they should be able to gain funding without harm to the funder or those voting for them.

However, this could be a controlled burn. Where Communist Political familiars are allowed to run as a prop played against real revolution. Which is a simple level 4 intelligence game of defenses. We will see if there are protests and if the independents can lead their people to victory and beyond.

As such, most mail trucks could easily have hybrid engines, saving a long term financial cost, employees would have to pay more in for their pensions, or they could start 401k's which I have mixed feelings on.
