In ghetto projects you see a false sense of helping the poor by stacking them into brick cages on top of each other. In which they live like animals in a testing center. As they can't get a job and instead of having away out of the troubles. They are placed right smack dab in the middle of all of it. So even the strongest soul can get caught up in the trouble of being poor. This then cause of stacking of humans causes major problems in everything from social to civil aspects. This is a basic natural purpose. If you place rocks on top of each other, their becomes more pressure and weight at which causes crack's stresses and a multitude of aspects of stress on natural beings especially when done naturally.
Therefore, we can see in the worlds and US's highest area's of crime it is mainly because the human density is packed to close together, there is not enough open space like parks and places to relieve stress and there is not enough outlets for a variety of things for the humans to do. Therefore, causing major social problems, as crime and health risks are highest in poor areas where things are stacked upon each other or so close together that to cause pressure and stress.
We can then analogize an SOE to the same manner. An SOE takes the wealth out of the market place and stacks in a central manner. In which the people' can gain access to it as it is to pressurized and stressed via the stacking and centralization. This then creates major social and civil problems. The social aspects of stacking the markets wealth unnaturally all in one place with only the elitist being able to access it is that well, all the outlanderish or Druid (rural) folks do get access to things like schools, health or other things. As instead of allowing the competition to grow and spread and stay in the hands of the market place it is placed in the hands of the elitist who worry more about spreading their elitism than they do their own people's domestic wealth and social safety nets.
As such we then see civil problems. This comes from the basic idea that the elitist start using the SOE's centralized welath stacked into piles and only accessable by the elitist groups to cause cold wars in the international economy. This then is inherantly shown with evidence of high resource aqusition. Ego's of using those resources to force others to allow them to take their lands, or to not vote against them in international means, along with further trying to use those resources to get the world to allow them to have a single currency based on their current status as the worlds resource controller. This then is properly shown by an inability to allow other countries who need to develop reserves for their domestic wealth to have a shot at production and resource holdings. This is an aspect of why civilly the SOE's are just like ghetto's as the basic pressure of the centralization of things and the stacking and pressure causes war. All of these things go directly to the people who need them thus causing the wealth taken from the able to properly and quickly adhear to the ones who need it.
