Therefore, it came naturally for PO to want to finish what BO started. BO tried to create a better health care system, as that is what Blues feel, they feel the poor people and want to help them. Therefore, PO was able to actually fight very strongly and come to huge amounts of wins for the Rider Insurance. This RI, was to create a better system for health care. As PO unlike what teachers and extremist brothern wanted him to be and constantly bark at him for just wanted it to get better. He did not push for communism like the extremist Right thinks. As Communism would have been complete SOE's and major allowance of SOE's into the field. However, as such he still was not able to figure out how to fund it without some kind of determent to the adjustment cycle. Which he nor the team even thought of.
