How the discrimintive Permit Process for Protest of the Communist Party affects the spread of Political and Economic Power.

In the US we allow extremist political agendist to have permits to tell the people how they feel. This does two things, it means they do not gain momentum underground, in which to cause hurt or pain to human or commerce. It also allows a proper form of directed peacefull aggression towards actions taken by elititest leaders who seem sometimes to be more like Kings and Queens that actual party of the People. I mean most all US Presidents have actully gotten down with the Poor people and been there with them. From everything from helping poor students, to helping folks in factories all the way to actually singing autographs like Reagen did.

However, in Communism you hardly ever see the Ruling elitiest class go down and actully get in the fields, go around to where conditions are worse to see how to make it better and shake hands and look folks in the eye's and say we are working on it and here is what we have so far, any ideas to help.

The protest is ment to help the people feel out their anger and explain in signs and letters and petitions how they feel. There are of course those who will take it as a time to use the mob force against stability forces of police. However, in a free market and Democracy the idea is not to punish all for the behaviors of a few. This is the idea from everything from the first amendment all the way to the idea of individual ownership.
