The idea is based on the facts that atoms move when heated up and slow down or stop when cold or frozen. However, there are natural chemical reactions that actually react differently in cold weather. For example, if we could find the proper natural chemical that has a magnet type reaction to cold then that chemical could be places in a form of hot weather energy collection system in which the weather around it to cause it to react to the natural element that has a polar reaction to cold. Which would then make it possible to have cold weather generators.
Now as we have the ability to catch energy in hot weather. We just need to find that proper element that has a polar reaction to cold.
Which I am guessing the code can be found in deep water living creatures or even artic molecules that have code that still move very fast in very cold temperatures. In which if we could decode them we could recode their patterns to create a proper cold weather generator.
