As such, the Cyber Civil Rights Doctrine. The idea that on the internet the business or entities or governance of the people on the net may not be discriminated against. As such, equality of deceny should be used as we use for gender, color of skin tone, and thus should be extended to color of opinion. In such this will keep any tribe that comes into power from using the internet as a tool of power. In which if one writes or has material to say about another the other shall be equatiable in proper publishing. This means that search engines may not discriminate against ideas because of color of opinion. Unless they can prove it is indecent.
As such, as Baidu allows illegal Chinese cites like Porn and many other I have had some folks check on the cite in China. It would not be equtable to allow them to say that this one law of Communist China is indecent to Baidu as it is not. They stand that because folks say things about Taiwan or Religious group they are genociding without allowing any existance on the net. I would again say how equitable is to to allow an illegal thing in their home country on our netscape but then say oh that illegal then should be allowed. That is not equity of color of tone with regards to deceny. As the Communist Party choses not to allow Porn or the such mainly because of its Soviets Style empire building in which they want people to mate and not to waste the lady juice. Where as in the USA we perfer that folks wait until they are ready to give birth so the child rearing is as much as possible taken care. Which means in our laws, we allow lady juice to be wasted and expression of natural soul feelings to be felt via publishing.
Furthermore, such genocidal actions on a USA net scape should not be allowed. The idea that the US allows genocide is not proper in our way of life. Which as such the Courts and Power tribes are doing. If these entities wish to cliam decency of discrimination due to genocidal beliefs of the CCP. Then they should be genocided off the net scape. Which as we fought to wars against folks that genocided people because of their religious beliefs. I am sure I can get done. Then again, we could always settle and I have big babies and chase moma around the house and write books.
