I must first test their character.

I must find an attorney with a strong desire to create. If I come speak and they are throwing up blocks for the client to break down. Then I see already their overloaded and will not fight in good graces for my cause. However, if they are hungry and eager and see each claim and each instance and they actually believe it. As such, most mail trucks could easily have hybrid engines, saving a long term financial cost, employees would have to pay more in for their pensions, or they could start 401k's which I have mixed feelings on.
