Is Defamation
against Baidu, Yodao, and SOSO. Each one lies about my website and my individual persona.
The next one is a violation of the first amendment right to stand up against others via free speech.
As all three of the above allow things to be searched in the USA that are not allowed to be searched in Communist China like Porn or certain knowledge based websites, there is nothing for them falls under the decency act, as they allow for cites that wish to literally destrot the USA, collect informaiton on how to destory the USA and present information on how to destroy the USA. So even if they could prove my cite was threatening through equality of rights they could not discriminate against mine and then let another int.
So Baidu, Yodao and SOSOS I need to fight them on that matter too. I would think that each case we try something different. In which would allow for a more spread of legal theory and battles for those that come after me. I would rather settle each case for Defamation 800 thousand each, and violation of first amendment for 2 million. Mainly because the first amendment and this cite is such a big part of my life and they have been violating my rights for a very long and it hurts me deeply to think that I am not stand up to this country or single party for what they have done. As such, nobody should have the right to take away my voice. I am going around with picket sings in a mall screeming things. This is a cite, in which is more analogues to me having my own library inside of the mall in which if I am granted space on the net as the mall, I should not have my door locked by a certain company, as I am already inside of the mall, as the network.
The analogy is like this the network itself is the mall. Baidu and the others provide a map and a way to enter that mall. In that mall I have a library, this is my library. In here we do things like well speak out minds specifically against a single power, in which Baidu gives maps to other cites that speak against other powers like the USA, and many other materials I have found that would be similar if they say my falls under the decency act. In which, Baidu then lies about my library and tells the people that come to its map that it does not exist or it has been moved, which defames my character, it would be the same thing as saying that a business does not exist and then mass marketing that to hundreds of millions of people, which completely destroys the business. Then Baidu goes one step further. All the other agencies that provide map to the enternet mall show where my library is and they escort them there. However, Baidu illegally lies about my website, then when they try and find it Baidu runs up and locks my doors inside of the network library. In which they then further lie to them and state it does not exist and this cite then is hang with a defaming claim that I have moved or have never been. That my friend is the analogy
It would be one thing if they told the truth. That the library you seek is inviolation of a code or procedure that my map making and escort agency has to abide by, therefore is blocked. That would mean I would be working with maybe 6 different law firms. he is being hurt and lied about and they are specifically causing mallas a fore thought to my individual person to destroy my websites reputation as an every day open new material new thoughts, stories articles type library. Along with that I do not appreciate anyone looking my doors with my country saying it is ok. You may not lie in your services as a map provider then when folks search my library out run and lock the door on them and lie again saying I do not exist or my library has moved. In which those specific actions taken against my library are defamatory, and specially wishing to stop the ability of my library in the internet mall to have people read my first amendment rights, to obtain mateiral, to read material and to create material on my site via conversation or even links that i might be interested in. This are all being violated against my person, as this is my library and I love it dearly that I spent over $10,000 of my time writing with regards to my findings here in my library, then presented it to in an unconvetinal manner to congress by walking it around congress's people's hang outs and asking clerks and everyday type folks who see their congress folks if they would like a document I wrote.
To the ACLU you do not have to take all the cases. The Defamation cases are open and shut, cases.
