Currently the USA is so fed up with having to baby sit the whole middle east. As such, we spend trillions of dollars each year to baby sit them because they hold the worlds energy sector. Therefore, we have come up with technology that uses food waste for food factors, for such things that used to use oil like tires, bottles, bags, and you named it fuel. As such this is a two fold. First it creates a better form of methanol gas for reuse at the dump. In which is actually digestible by the earth. In which then creates a fertile land scape to grow things when the bottles and materials are turned back into plant protein. They are just as durable and use no oil.
As such, Latin America has been our poor neighbor for some time now. Primarily because their crop grow is wasted and they have so much access that they just grow drugs instead because it is worth more money. However, if we can start to import to our new agri style production plants. Then they can increase their positive income. Which means that individual farmers can stop growing drugs and start to produce a stronger civil society for their people. So officers can gain 8 week vacations put their kids into great schools, and not want to take money from the corrupt as they are living a decent happy life. Therefore, like the USA Latin America is primarily individual owned farms and the such. As there is a lot of fertile lands, and a lot of rain in those areas. So, we are literally wasting the production value of those societies and the people in those areas are suffering so we can pay folks in the middle east to be all extremist religious, and wish to kill the USA for trying to help them create a better oasis for themselves and secure the world energy source.
