Here is the basics of the bullying syndrome.

The Communist are told no. Then they say well then we will not allow your people in. Then we say your people are allowed into trade with this country as free enterprises. Just your SOE's have caused the US harm in drugs and foreign intelligence destruction activities. As such we prefer to do business with individual or groups of Chinese Citizens and not the Communist Chinese Party. Then if they say they will not let in US free enterprises when we are letting in theirs, we cut ties and we do what we did with the Soviets, we start acquiring more resources for our production and we start to trade and develop other countries and develop the Communist Chinese Party less. So it is a win win for the US to stand up to them. Then we do not have to deal with them bullying us over protecting Thailand, Vietnam, Macai, Hong King, Japan or Taiwan. Which also means if they keep selling arms to guerrillas inside of the US we can call for international sanctions against the Communists Party, like I wanted to do the first time they did that. Then they will have to become a Democracy and a free market. God knows we are not going to become a Communists country of single totalitarian rule and State Owned Massive entities.

We are actually better off if we stand up to them. We can start producing more to sell to other countries via basic need for jobs. In which the US dollar will drop. Allowing US production to be furthered, while the US will then have to play more power hands to gain more resource contracts as the Communist Chinese literally own over 90% of the worlds resources at this time. Which is illegal in a Democracy and a free market via anti trust laws. We see major security items like plastics and heavy metals all being centralized to the Communist Party. With very uncompetitive SOE's and monopolization of resources. Which is exactly what Hitler and Stalin did before they went on their one world domination plans.

As such, most mail trucks could easily have hybrid engines, saving a long term financial cost, employees would have to pay more in for their pensions, or they could start 401k's which I have mixed feelings on.
