Dear President Obama,
As I aspire to be an owl which is much like my great on both sides that debate and allow proper Democracy to be. I must even the balance with regards to one of our biggest enemies. As I was given the butts of two Democratic tribesmen via their use of our green tech stimulus and the disadvantage created by their stimulus loss to the USA. I will now seek two Republican's hinds in regards to them allowing in Communist State Owned Enterprises, which are supposed to be being disbanded and they are a lying about disbanding. As it creates an incentive to uncompetitively centralized the worlds resources, and also it loses the incentive for the Communist Chinese to privatize their SOE's so that individuals or groups of individuals can be held accountable for any criminal or terroist activities. In which we have learned from SOE COSCO means SOE's are untouchable and create major crime and terrorist threats to US national policy and security. A Long with the hundreds of millions of lives that have died fighting single party and military control of the economy. Power to the People my not power to the Party.

As such, most mail trucks could easily have hybrid engines, saving a long term financial cost, employees would have to pay more in for their pensions, or they could start 401k's which I have mixed feelings on.
