A US based Search Engine Baidu blocks my website on their search engine.

This is illegal in the US. As he search engine is being used in the US the US has legal domain over it.

I received no warning that my first amendment rights inside of the USA would be deprived from me. They could have easily stated that they felt some of the material was offensive and I would have removed it it has been in my disclaimer for a long time. I have also told multiple Federal agencies who I am and that if they have a problem with my website a simple letter will resolve it. I do not understand.

I will have the ACLU write the appropriate letter to seek a proper peaceful stop of the infringement of my civil rights, as a Special Library Operator under the Fair Doctrine Acts and Legalities.
