Knowing is half the battle. The idea that the Communist Chinese would some how implode if we stopped trading with them is no longer a necessary fear to place more pressure on their process of transition. Currently the Communist have more free trade agreements than the USA does. However, the reality of the matter is that the USA has literally gained nothing from the trade with the Communist Chinese except further in debt and substantial economic sovereignty detriments.
The first and foremost is the fact that our biggest enemies via our trade with them has created our biggest ever loss of resources and mineral controls for our military production; along with that the US's biggest and worst debt and job loss since the depression. However, the US does not need Communist China because we are currently finding ways around their resource holds. Along with that we have made over 186 new friends with countries that have resources and just need a buyer.
As such, it would be in the US's best interest to stop relying on Communist China in such a trade deficit regime protocol. This then would allow the US to place its consumption into real worlds that need help and that are Democratic and free markets. As currently with the US's deficit policy, we rely more on a country that is constantly threatening the US economic sovereignty along with the worlds. While also not willing to transition into a political and economic adversary system. Therefore, causing our real allies in Democracy and free markets to surfer the loss of our consumption of their peoples labors and goods. This then has placed the resource and our labors values into the hands of a country that would rather horde the wealth. Which keeps it away from their domestic market place by cold war weapons strategies. Furthermore, it keeps it from countries that have a high need for to employee their people with idle hands. Especially when the CCP is more than ready to turn their holdings into a consumption country in which they can also become a consumer country for their people to feel more of their wealth, and less of the pressure to control the international market place.
It is in my unprofessional opinion that Donald Trump's idea of a full scale boot of Communist SOE's, and tariffs on their cold war weapons centralized economy, would not only be good for the Chinese People, but for the world as a whole. This then would allow a proper balance shift away from the neo mercanatlist idea of Cold War weapons of SOE's and then back to the free market standard. Which the US has left its biggest allies the EU and India starving while it feed its own worst enemy, against free markets, Democracy, and through North Korean and Iranian arms terrorism.
So now that our biggest cold war enemy is secure and able to transition nicely. They do not want too. While our allies of the EU and India are sitting in starvation due to US deficit regime and miss allocation of international diplomacy.
