The World market crashed. There was complete blame from the worlds most ruthless power on the world's most protective and meditational power. How to help Communist China create a Demand Surplus.

A demand surplus usually means it will create a slope in a negative manner towards macro economics. This means if a country had a supply side surpluses it had a macro economic surpluss. Which means it has more value holdings of others than does the other countries with demand side surpluses. As such, the only way to gain a demand side surpluss is to create an open free market with little to no SOE's and a political adversary system that looks to domestic spread of wealth instead of single centralized SOE style international conquests. This would mean the US would have to take the same creation of inner Communist party demand side surplus that it took with the Soviets. Which was to get the Communist to demand more of something in which they then equate out their economy as other countries get to supply more instead of demand more from them. I believe this theory was the theory that helped take down the last Communist Curtain; the creation of the Demand Side Surpluss in foreign countries that have way to much supply side surplus.
