The Art of Rhetoric as a Check and Balance to Power
The subtle scent of an aroma of a certain scent can drive a main insane. The slight touch to a women make a women see no shame. The most keenest word can create an emotion of intense imaginary.
Art of Rhetoric
Rhetoric is the use of words to create an imagine. In which is projected from the carnals of the humans minds in which they wish to present as a thought in the public. Therefore, free societies see the idea of art of Rhetoric as important. This is because in free societies the idea that force from the elitist to allow them to be elitist is not liked. This is a major in-depth theory that states the the ones running the tribe at the time are not necessarily the best to run it. Which means through rhetoric and the art of such, one can test and define through a contest of contesting the ideas of another through the thoughts of others. These thoughts then can be projected through the art of rhetoric. This can be done in many forms.
A favorite form of rhetoric for most is the idea of music. The feeling of waves that sound soothing, or create emotions along with a story that creates images in the mind is the highest form for most all to enjoy. This is a deep rooted natural human event. As story tellers and song singers are highly valued in free societies. Through a long history of enjoying the battle of ideas through stories and sounds in a free society. Another way to create the art of rhetoric is through writings. This is also a preferable for those who seem not to like the lime light as much but yet, do wish to be heard and have their ideas placed in public through to stop what they believe is harmful to society. This then is also a very old form of free societies to battle against elitist who wish not to step down and allow power sharing. Yet, another form of rhetoric is the basic idea of creation of imagery to create a intercourse of thoughts that yet is profoundly so in depth that only the specifically targeted audience would understand and thus be able to create art to respond. This is an ancient form of rhetoric to fight against elitist leaders. In which the artist of rhetoric would create an drawing of symbols usually in forms of nature or other such things. In which would be directed at specific creators of rhetoric that would then see the image and receive the pictures in their minds, as it was placed in public view. Then they would thus after hearing the speech via drawings, would respond via a drawing. Sometimes, these events would take decades for major play's against elitist who did not wish to share power. As sometimes it is not that easy to just call somebody up on the phone or write them something and say, ok, here is what I think. Other times, it was literally a few months. Another way to create rhetoric is to create a play. In which the pictures wishing to be placed in public for the purpose of rhetoric creation. Where thus created by the use of many forms of rhetoric art. This is where, a rhetorician would thus, create a dialogue in speech, the easiest form of rhetoric, along with possible music, drawings of symbols, and also body language which is a form of artistic symbolism. Thus then creating the full affect of the image that they wish to be seen in the eyes of the public so as to create awareness.
Those are some forms of dialogue to me. Which is what I love. The idea of use of pictures in the mind, to create a course of reaction in which brings out others pictures in their minds to see if something is wrong and should be changed. In which, in free societies is loved with open arms. Even if the people viewing the rhetoric write in front of their faces are not enjoined to be part of the rhetoric. However, enjoy the rhetoric as freedom that it is allowed to happen. I love all forms of rhetoric as a free person and a builder of freedoms. I have sat in front of art for hours sitting there trying to see the pictures created by a person's mind in which to respond to in public view. For example, I saw a artistic rhetoric creation of symbols which a person of lesser ideals of freedom would think that it was a bunch of colors and spots. However, after sitting down and just listening with my eye's. I noticed pictures that seemed to come out in shapes and forms. In which to me, represented the idea of nature and the order of things natural, in the picture. Then with my friend we had a show and tell of what we thought the rhetoric was. Mine of course was obvious as I have two tattoos which incorporate the hardest form of rhetoric to understand. That was fun. Thus I respond in nature as rhetoric usually includes some sort of creation for a response by thus seeing things in a different view, as not all things are placed right in front of you, so look deeper. Even if it took me many hours to come to thought, that is rhetoric to me.

Check and Balance
LOL, I's, eagle, the world heheh can't catch me. As such, the basic idea is that the word check comes for the idea that an opposing force is allowed to in proper strategic strategy to check the king each time the game is played. There are rules, there is a board with places to set up strategy and the basic idea is to compete, to see who wins. This competition is then pure intellectual. As one side has to figure out how to use their peaces to move off the board the other person's peaces to as t oclaim the valued seat. This then is the idea of Check.
The idea of balance is that of justice. The idea that the allowance of the check is a justice. In which the chess game teaches, that the check can be justified in a peaceful means in which two opposing forces may check each other, and still exist afterwards. Therefore, then the balance is a littler further off the table than the cognition for check. The idea of balance is the nature that if the check is allowed, then the balance can be obtained through evidence of reason and logic. Which then the two parties have to then adherer to the balance. This balance then allows for each side to stay as close to power as possible. As it is only human nature for those to want to make mistakes or get power hunger, or a mutidude of many other things that the citizens who are the scale do not like. In which the other side can then advance to the seat. In which then the opposing side as a free society, understands and knows they have other things they can go do, and then begin the check process against their opposition so as to cause a natural form of balance.
This balance form, is also used in many other things that are much more macro. The idea is that if one side gains more than the other possible extremism or other forms of unlike by the scale can happen. This things like forgetting the friendship that was once there that allowed the opposition to gain such health, happens a log; wining in which one side starts to blame the other side without realizing it takes to imbalance or even balance a scale, as there has to be two things to weigh for a scale to obey the laws of nature. I could go on on how the balance is a necessary form to a macro environment of bigger powers and rules of trust. However, the main thing to remember is that when the check is allowed, the balance will naturally come. As again, in nature all things become extremist, and only the scale of natural law can balance it if it is allowed to exist.
Therefore, the Check and balance as applied to rhetoric is the idea of a peaceful campaign, In which, both, sides use logic and reason. This then, allows the most freedoms and abilities of the people to stay as free as naturally possible, without, allowing elitist to become overbearing, overuly, or just outright tyrannical. Thus, the idea is to allow the check in which will allow the balance, and rhetoric is the art. As the art form of peace is through dialogue and the dialogue is allowance of rhetoric, whether upsetting or not, as, if it is upsetting it is your oppositions point of view.
