How to privatize Communist entities in Iraq.

The idea that centralized SOE's can provide jobs for Iraq would seem less far fetched if a report was done on how multiple owned free enterprises would create more competition thus allowing in more jobs and access to cheaper goods. Along with that the principle would be that why would we have SOE's in countries when after the cold war was over free market countries disbanded their SOE's and created free enterprises for more wealth spreading, and less political elitisim.

Therefore thanks to a very non understandingg of competition for growth SOE's for centralization of wealth and powerfull elitist. Now a group of free marketeers has to go in and see how the SOE's are affecting competition and the spread of the narket place as compared to wealth centralization and elitisim. Which creates less taxes for the necessary foundations, and allows political tribes to use the SOE's like economic weapons against each other without a proper citizenry of the debating treibes check and balance.
